This is one of the only available pictures of Brian Last on the internet. He makes no attempt to hide it, but painstakingly keeps newer pictures off the internet. There is one other picture of him with a covid mask from a few years after this, and he has gained weight. My assumption is he's a classic middle-aged dude who is delusional about how fat he is, so he makes sure no new photos of him come out and pretends he's still only slightly overweight like he was 7 years ago.
