im formally announcing my surrender to /pw/. it was fun to troll edrones and piggiEs over the years to bait (You)s but alas even i have grow tired of the same old charade as AEW has changed for the worse
even as satire or parody, i can’t pretend to like AEW any longer. WWE has surpassed AEW in every important metric and even someone as pitiful as me can no longer shitpost without getting completely eviscerated. AEW is outgunned. outmatched. outclassed. on every front. Tony keeps spreading himself thinner and thinner with each new show. the product is too diluted now and lost the original soul and charm it once had. AEW has become less of an alternative and more of a carbon copy of WWE with each concession it makes. the dream is dead.
looking back on the years, it was a good run while it lasted. i don’t regret any of it. i’m leaving /pw/ for good after i submit this. thank you for the laughs but i tap out.
