The only thing Kairi has going on for her is her looks, her finisher, and maybe her acting skills. Aside of that her wrestling is very neutered in WWE. Giulia might not get any move from Stardom in WWE and as a result might end with a boring moveset, but her presence and charisma alone is unmatched. That is the first thing that most likely caught the eye of WWE in the first place. And there's also the fact that Giulia looks more international than any Joshi in WWE right now. A casual who has never heard of wrestling outside of WWE before wouldn't realize she's actually Japanese. That helps a lot in the west.
Honestly the only thing that would work against Giulia being successful in WWE would be her English skills. If she can master English enough to cut promos with freedom, she could become the most successful Joshi in WWE history
