>>17580096It really depends. I am an alcoholic, so there is a fine line between having enough to drink so that my hands don't shake, and being so drunk that I am sloppy. I drew this during Mania day 2 while I was waiting for the main event, but I was really drunk so it ended up looking like shit. Maybe five hours spent on it?
If I really want things to look good I will grab some parchment paper and do an pencil/charcoal drawing first, then lay it on the light box, put a piece of art board over it, and then finish the inks on that so it looks very clean like the Paul Heyman pick above. But most of the time that is too much work. Usually I am really just ink doodling during piss breaks, and if something looks good then I will try and redo it so it looks clean.
