AEW early had attendance and PPV numbers to shop themselves around with. ROH is filmed before AEW shows and their PPVs are such an afterthought that Athena is main eventing them.
The historical footage is also useless. The shit that was actually good, 03-08 isn't going to meet broadcast standards and is full of copyrighted music so it's going to have to be remastered, if that's even possible, and edited to hell and back.
If tony wants to do good by wrestling fans he can put ROH out of its misery, get his dad to cut the fattest of checks to the music industry and just upload it all to youtube.
