>>12152377Yeah, I was excited about Moloney going into the BOSJ because I expected a Jr. powerhouse to fill in the Shingo/SHO shaped void, but I was really disappointed. I agree with kayfabe Gedo though, the brawl with Connors was where I really saw the spark of potential and I think he's a guy like Akira who really improved once he got put in a tag team. I almost think Moloney's case is more impressive because instead of a veteran he got paired with a rookie and still covered his weaknesses really well. Remains to see if it's helped him any in terms of singles competition, but I'm optimistic.
