He's in over his head. I actually feel bad for him because he seems like a genuine nice guy, but this dude lacks the leadership and asshole attitude required to run a wrestling company and keep the marks in the back in line. They've already started losing people to wwe once Vince stepped down and sure it's mostly dimeless shitters, but if even one of the their more popular guys leaves, it's a domino effect from there.
