The two shook hands and everything seemed to be cool between them, Rikishi planned for them to do a worked shoot angle during the match. Hence why the wrestler didn't resist Raja lifting him prior to the slam, even wrapped his arms around Raja during the lift to steady the lift, anticipating a safe worked slam to the canvas.
Raja evidently got hot headed, went into business for himself and straight up tried to murder the wrestler, who was just expecting to be safely slammed to the mat and hit with some worked punches, not live rounds and full on elbow strikes.
