I don't know why they don't shoot for the 5-10k venues around the country, there are tons, and they're all pretty unique too, not that soulless oval configuration that everyone else has. A lot of the NCAA and even ECHL/AHL arenas are pretty fucking neat and they're so much cheaper to run shows in. WWE ran a bunch in 97/98 when they were massively in debt and it looked awesome on tv.
The arenas for Vanderbilt (Nashville), Butler (Indy), Georgia Tech (Atlanta) would make for a super kino settings.
