Hence their non stop crying about their favorites being pushed some 10 or so years ago and their constant jabs at WWE now. Obviously, AEW having a huge platform has completely disproved those claims, seeing as how a lot of casuals shoot think the AEW style is silly cringe (and no I'm not console warring kek there is plenty of proof for this) so now the cope has shifted to

Which has in turn made them more bitter. It seems they just can't fathom they're simply a niche fanbase within a fanbase which is absurd to me. They like to compare wrestling to other media so I'll compare it to music, take something like Death Grips for example. Pretty huge fanbase on the internet but it will never appeal to the casual music fans and I don't recall ever seeing DG fans going on fucking Travis Scott or whatever's youtube videos and crying about how DG is so much "HIGHER IQ than Travis Slopp" and starting mass scale console wars because they understand that their shit is shit and niche. Once they finally accept this and stop comparing themselves to the big leagues they will be far less obnoxious.
