Tony is too nice a guy to fire people because he is afraid of looking like the bad guy. The only exceptions were when he thought he looked like the face and the person leaving was the heel. Like that black girl who kicked off or the spic who laughed at shida being a nip.
If Tony Khan wants to release someone he just let's their contract run out and hopes they don't mind the little to no notice.
He desperately needs to put in place a real talent relations guy who can handle all the horrible jobs like firing or telling people off. He's clearly too sensitive to do this himself.
