He should know that WCW only started to compete with WWF for TV viewers with the introduction of Monday Nitro, which was known for huge production values that blew Raw away (at that time). It took Raw two years or so to catch up in terms of production.
Production is so important for a promotion's public perception. People should tune into Dynamite and be wowed by its professional production quality (sound, video, stage, rings, sets, pyro, etc.). Dynamite should aim for HIGHER production values than Raw. Tony has the money.
WCW would have never taken off had they kept the low budget look they had prior to Nitro.
