WWE's market cap is about $6.5 billion with no up-and-coming talent to replenish the business. The content bubble is bursting as we speak. No company is going to pay more than $3 billion for WWE's brand. Frankly, I don't even think it's worth that much. The demand for live content is overstated as proven by regular season NBA and NHL ratings. Wrestling is as a medium is close to flatlining. WWE's current main event talent will mostly be retired in 5 years. Austin Theory and Bron Breakker will not stop the bleeding.
