>[Stardom] Starlight Kid hints at the possibility of taking off her mask...troubled career path: "I have a lot of options in my mind."
>It's a big statement. Starlight Kid, the "Black Tiger of Darkness" of women's professional wrestling "Stardom," has revealed that she may take off the tiger mask that has become synonymous with her.
>Since her expulsion from the villainous "Oedo-tai" corps at the April 27 Yokohama event, she has been in a state of limbo. The first to come to Kid's rescue was Tam Nakano, leader of the Cosmic Angels (CA), and she and the CA have fought together at four tournaments so far.
>Meanwhile, Mayu Iwatani of "STARS," to which Kid once belonged, sent a love call saying, "You can come back anytime," and formed a team at the Chiba tournament on May 11. The "battle for the Black Tiger" has been going on because of her ability and outstanding popularity.
>Although she is still undecided about her new affiliation, she said, "I have never chosen my own unit or chosen my own path, so this kind of opportunity is new to me. It was fun to work with Natsupoi for the first time (in "ALL TOGETHER" on May 6). She has decided to remain unaffiliated for the time being, and it is likely that she will be working with another unit more often in the future.
>However, the potential new partners are not limited to those within the organization. I may be able to find a unit to work with from there, or I may have to consider another path. I have experience as both a baby and a heel, and I hold the Spark Women's belt (in the U.S.). It's not like I'm training to be a warrior overseas, but I think it would be good to work with other organizations, or to create something on my own. To be honest, though, being a leader is a pain in the ass," she said.
