Cody starts out close to being able to tag Seth. He moves to the other side of the corner, making it farther for Seth to tag. Then, he sees Seth throw Roman out. So he moves back over to the closer side just so he could get tripped by Roman. What he did made no sense either logically or for setting up the Roman spot other than intentionally putting himself where he needed to be to get hurt.
