Very good. Even as a casual AWG fan I think it will be good for both sides in the long run. AWG will have to let younger talent step up and get better with experience (hoping to see more Naru), while their veterans will be facing new opponents in a new environment. I think it's a win-win situation, but maybe I'm naive.

Haven't seen much of AWG but Naru seems to have crazy potential. I don't get the pacifier entrance gear, but her in ring is stellar. Also, ninja girl Mari is pure dimes, but that probably goes without saying.
I like how AWG has good characters as well as good wrestling. Most joshi promotions struggle with this balance, but AWG seems to pull it off well.
