smackdown could have used another top heel but giulia isn't ready for that role. so they put her in the midcard to end zelina's reign of terror. but this was always gonna be a problem as smackdown's midcard is really dry right now, and all they have is a zelina rematch and chelsea (who is working on raw working with nikki lately anyway) so even if they wanted to give her something there's nothing for her to do, also smackdown going back to 2 hours was always going to hurt the undercard women's scene the most so they don't have the time even if they had the roster. giulia could have stayed in NXT for longer imo.
