Tony Khan admitted that AEW wasn't making any money in 2021 after pouring fucking $20 million in to their video game. Since then the game has missed its release date by a year and AEW's roster has grown to insane proportions. Also Fight Forever probably won't come even close to turning a profit given its ludicrous budget and horrible graphics. The likelihood that AEW made money in 2022 is basically non-existent. And the likelihood that it will make money in 2023 is pretty fucking laughable unless Tony somehow becomes a good booker overnight and pulls a miracle out of his ass.
