gym is good, but you just have to take a walk or something. get out of the gaming chair and away from the computer and the video games.
make better choices with what you eat. you can cook food that will taste better and be less expensive that what you're eating now. start with some ground beef. watch a youtube video while you do it if you're clueless. hamburgers from mcdonald's are disgusting, but i love hamburgers i can make myself.
brush your teeth instead of skipping it. buy a metal tongue scraper off amazon (they're hard to find in stores) and scrape the crap off your tongue so your breath won't be bad when you talk to people. buy a few, because i use mine every day and always find a way to lose them.
the fact that you posted what you did is obviously a cry for help on some level. the biggest factor in things changing is you. no one can help you more than yourself. i feel like you owe it to the happy child you once were.
