Yea I'm not surprised that Kenny is more mature (at least, backstage). I have no interest in Kenny with the Young Bucks but Kenny on his own or with an okay couple of guys I really tend to get invested into.
Kenny tends to play a ridiculous character and all but it doesn't feel layered with this disdain for the rest of the industry like when the Young Bucks do it. Is it eye-rolling, sure, but I don't actively feel like turning off my stream or TV or whatever.
Genuinely I don't think he'll got to WWE due to injuries and age which was kind of a shame but he's kind of in a situation like Samoa Joe is for me where I have a lot more respect for him after the Brawl Out/Brawl In business.
