WWE management are high on Jacy and want her to be fast tracked to the main roster as soon as possible. They want her to dump Gigi who they see as damaged goods. A lot of Gigi's leverage and backstage political power was hitched to Mandy when she was around. This vaporized after Mandy's release. Management feels as if Gigi has made zero effort or strides to improve. This is made more apparent with her noticeably putting on much more weight. This observation is made worse by the fact she rarely attends mandatory workouts and/or in ring training sessions with veteran performers. This is drawing a lot of heat with the office who see it as blatant arrogance and insubordination. Gigi has been citing "mental health issues" as the reason for her recent poor attendance, but her not showing up has been an ongoing issue for at least half a year way before she was using that as a reason. Gigi will be released at the next biannual talent review.
