Can you imagine just how massively inflated your ego would have to be to do something like that? This dude is a complete narcissist who makes Shawn in the 90s look positively humble by comparison. What impression would Tony Khan give people if he lets Phil get away with this? He's the boss and some chump on his payroll is treating him like a doormat.
For TK's own sake, he has to make an example of Phil if he wants any respect from the industry ever again.
