I don't follow wrestling twitter, but just put NJPW sign name of a wrestler who is having a good year enough to reach the ears of the NJPW fan and it will appear.
I don't really have a dog in this fight. I'm just saying that it happens. Perhaps AEW fans beg more, that probably right.
But as someone who was watching AJPW around 2017 up until 2020, I've seen my fair share of guys asking for the death of that promotion so that the wrestlers could go elsewhere (read NJPW because the same people wanted the death of NOAH)
