Only difference is where Hogan is bombastically entertaining with the scope of his lies, Dwayne buys the ground his lies are grounded on and sneaks in embellishments. On the WCW document he was pretending he was giving advice to Vince on how to run the monday wars on their side and as if he was asked at the time how he felt about Russo leaving.
