i don't think so.
WWE lost Stone Cold Steve Austin due to his walkout in 2002, they survived without Austin.
WWE lost CM Punk when he left them for the first time in 2014, they survived without Punk.
Mandy Rose got fired from the WWE while she was the NXT Women's Champion, they survived.
so I don't think the Women's Division would miss a beat if Rhea left, in fact, other women would be getting the opportunities they're otherwise currently missing out on because of Rhea being another Mercedes Mone.
