A lot of countries in the west will never understand the eastern bloc/scandinavian/finnish fascination with and repeated use of Nazi imagery. They just see Nazi and their mind loses all ability to process context.
The reality is, the reason why the Finns and the Ukrainians and everyone else have a bit of Nazi worship in them is because they fought the Soviets.
It's all about Russian hate, a lot more than it's about Nazi politics or principles.
The hatred for Russia trumps everything else if you live in certain countries and Nazi symbolism is just kind of used in counter protest to that.
