>Hello everyone!! I know you're all still digesting the Waifus Collide's Main Event, but is there a better way to do that than with a little dessert! Of course not!! Welcome to Cooking with Mamma!
>And today, Mamma is going to reveal her Caramel Biscuit Tiramisu to you! YES!! It is a simple, yet delicious recipe, that you'll be able to reproduce at home!!
>But first, here's the list of ingredients! This is for 6 persons, but if you're like Mamma, then it might be only enough for 2! OR 1! Nyahahaha!!
250 g of mascarpone (1 cup)
3 eggs
3 tbsp. caster sugar
18 Biscoff (Lotus brand, named Speculoos in Europe)
1 tbsp. marsala (optional)
6 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
salt
>And here's how to make it!! Really easy, trust Mamma!
1. Crack the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the mascarpone and marsala and mix well until smooth. If you can't find Marsala, you can substitute it with dark rum, or maybe brandy! If you don't want any alcohol... Then Mamma would recommend to just use a little bit of coffee instead!
2. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold them gently into the mascarpone with a flexible spatula, lifting the mixture to avoid breaking the whites. Be very gentle! Or else you won't get that perfect airy texture!
3. Crumble a Biscoff into the bottom of a tall glass, cover with mascarpone, build two layers of the same kind, finish with the mascarpone. Mamma often eats half the cream before she even gets to that stage of the recipe!!! Oops!!
4. Cover with film and refrigerate for 6 hours. Sprinkle with biscoff crumbs just before serving. You can let it refrigerate for even longer! It will be even better!
>And that was it for the first episode of "Cooking with Mamma!"
>I hope you enjoyed it! Don't hesitate to tell Mamma if you tried her recipe at home! Nyaha!
>Oh and one last thing. Don't go eat at Burger Broad! All they do is put plastic bags in the Microwave! Haha!
