He's right to be fair. AEW is a pointless show where people have matches in a vacuum and there's no connection to other characters or episodes.
If there is a story in AEW it's either "remember this thing that happened in another company? lets redo it but worse" or "remember when aew wasn't shit? well it's shit now because of you so lets have a pointless match that doesn't change anything!"
