Also, 10 years ago, openly being a lesbian was considered a big thing. Now you have a lot of straight white women claiming to be bi or "queer" because they thought about kissing a girl once. Despite having never been in a relationship with a woman and currently being in a long term relationship with a man, it makes them part of the lgbt movement, so being a lesbian doesn't make you special anymore.
