As for the twitter and reddit screencaps. 90% of the screencap threads are made by trolls trying to shit up the board because they think its "funny" to post low quality tweets.
As for the general lack of OC, OC doesnt draw. a lot of posters on this site just want to larp as heel wrestlers cause theyre too fat to actually be a heel wrestler. They think theyre "working the marks" by "drawing (you)s" and the best way to draw (you)s is low quality bait. Again, i have to stress this, its low quality on purpose. Because ironically, a low quality post will "draw more (you)s" then a high quality post. Just like saying "local sports team bad" will draw more heat then an actual well articulated heel promo.
The only threads that have legitimate discussion about the the art/craft/sport of wrasslin are the old school wrestling threads. I don't even particularly like Old school wrestling but i go there just because the posters there actually enjoy the thing they are talking about.
I think very few on this board actually like wrestling. They want to see it dead.
Ill bump any half decent OC i see from now on OP. But a board cannot thrive without real discussion on the topic, because without some level discussion, the OC we get will just be low quality.
