Phil got the better of Jungle Bitch, but Jungle Bitch wasn't trying to get in a fight or escalate, he does nothing after getting shoved and Phil just lunges at him. I guess in Tony's mind this proves that Phil is some kind of unhinged psycho, and it's definitely true that Phil clearly chimped out here, but who really cares. Jungle Bitch barely looks phased and has to be held back by Senor Joe, people are gonna give him shit for getting "beat up" by Phil, but personally I'm not gonna hold it against him.
