>Daniel Garcia
AEW spent months telling the story of Garcia being torn between remaining in the J.A.S or joining with his wrestling idle Bryan Danielson. He beat Bryan in his return match, the 2 out of 3 falls rematch, winning the ROH Pure Title in his home-town, teasing dissent with Jericho. All of that went out the window when he lazily turned on Bryan to remain in the J.A.S. It's been four months since then and he's done absolutely fucking nothing. He's been put on the back-burner so other stuff can happen. I think they teased a storyline where Sammy was going to act like a mentor to Garcia, but once again it went nowhere. They had a tag match on Dark a few weeks ago where they looked a bit unhappy with one another. That's it. He's now just another guy in Jericho's increasingly stale group which only remains on TV because of Jericho's backstage influence.
>Ricky Starks vs. The J.A.S
Why is this still continuing? Ricky already beat Jericho. Clean. Why wouldn’t Ricky just move on to something else? Isn't that the whole point of having him beat a star like Jericho, so he can use that momentum to win titles and main-event shows? Why is he fighting in gauntlet matches for an opportunity to face the man he already beat? This is where creative writers should step in and do their job by pitching new ideas for everyone involved instead of dragging it out because AEW only does four PPV's a year. Let's also mention Action Andretti, who has gone from the guy who caused the 'upset of the century' two months ago to now being another guy who wrestles on Dark whilst maybe making brief appearances on TV if he's lucky. Another forgotten flavour of the month.
