Athena has been built up for months, grabbing something like 39 wins in completely dominant fashion. It's one of the few storylines ROH has really stuck with and Athena finally losing might have actually gotten someone more over. Instead of building up Skye, Willow or someone else to get the big win at an ROH PPV or another big show, they have Athena lose on a random episode of Rampage. Nobody watches the show and the crowd probably didn't even know Athena was on such a streak.
I cannot believe Tony just did this. This guy is the Booker of the Year? Really? And better yet, this isn't even the only streak he blew this year as he screwed up Jade's too.
