In what was a very serious incident though, Vader debuted against Inoki after who had been on a multi year win streak, and squashed him in under 3 minutes. The usually reserved Japanese crowd was so livid they started to riot and throwing burning seat cushions. Vader was rushed out to safety and NJPW was banned from doing shows in the Sumo Hall for years.
