I've seen a lot of chatter on here claiming we've been raided by AEWOfficial or squaredcircle, due to all the fumble-posting and pendulum swing shitposting. That all the pro AEW and anti WWE sentiment is all outsiders or samefags.
But I have a different theory.
I'm a 6 year /pw/ vet and I've seen how the pendulum has swung on this very board!
We would shit on AEWtists because they worshipped Tony Khan, they defended his honor and he could do no wrong in their eyes. They would call it cinema and act like cringey cultist faggots.
But then Vince got fired and Triple H took over WWE and suddenly the fanbase started to mimick the cultist behavior of AEWtists. At first it seemed like harmless shitposting and just giving the AEW fags a taste of their own medicine. But then the WWE fans started to unironically seethe when anyone criticized WWE or Triple H.
That brings us to where we are today.
The true E-GODS recognized this when Triple H's shitty booking became undeniably bad, but edrones were defending it and getting mad at people pointing out the flaws in Triple H's booking.
The Fumble posts and pendulum swing posts aren't from pro AEW posters or outsiders trying to shit up the board. It's based E-GODs sick of the edrones acting like AEWtists.
the pendulum swung on /pw/ when edrones became unbearable whiny bitches, worse than the AEWtists themselves. The guy that calls everyone "Trevor" "Rovert" or "x-wheels" is a prime example of an edrone turning the whole of /pw/.
but that's just a theory.
