The Nazis persecuted Communists, because the Communists started a Civil War that killed 2-4mil Germans and most Communists happened to be Jews, certainly the leadership was like 90% Jewish. However roughly 2mil Jews fought in the Nazi Army, and Hitler appointed Jews as high ranking generals. The whole ordeal was far more complex than its portrayed by the modern mass media.
