The only excuse I see anyone come up with is she lacked personality/character which is bullshit because NXT is the place to develop that. Roxanne is champ and doesn't have a character beyond 'nice girl that loves wrestling and wants to win' so Sloane was fine.
So I can only assume she had backstage attitude or some other disclipnary issues and they decided she wasn't worth the hassle.
