If you wanna go deep into this stratosphere you gotta realize that the common man lost all rights to political influence when the 'elites' (if you even should call them that) turned politics/voting itself into bread and circuses. Us voting simply has no effect on whether or not anything we voted for passes, its unfortunate but the reality. People whose lives are dedicated to one upping or winning an argument on the basis that their belief is right and the opposition is wrong is just another form of mindless masturbation that serves no purpose other then to reinforce someones ideas and belittle their opponents, creating more a disjointedness and hatred for opposing sides.
