Since Tony was getting pissed about leaks regarding shit like this, I very seriously doubt he is talking to Dave about this, the Elite wouldn't know shit about Punk's situation unless Tony is such a mark he tells the Elite who then run to Dave like the little girls they are, and Megha would be stupid to leak company info like that prior to it being finalized
