My recollection is fuzzy, Im talking about a different video, NOT Hardcam, showed more across from the video screen and just off to the side, which would have been in the section behind the commentators.
Like I said dark and grainy, showing the Blue Blazer Jeff Jarret promo cause it lit up the arena. This would have been VERY EARLY into the Cell phone era and i dont think cell phone cameras were a thing, so had to have been Camcorder, or mini cam at the time. Some Fans would sneak them in and record events and such, so not too crazy.
There would be 2 places i can think i recall where the video would have been uploaded.
1. a torrent, Naptser, Soulseek, Limewire or something, but those didnt launch until 2000. Owen died in mid 1999...low possiblity.
2 Usenet. Specifically
Alt.binaries.pro-wrestling or alt.binaries.wrestling
Thats significant because there were ALOT of photos posted there of the event, at the time. Also worth looking at
rec.sports.pro-wrestling, which was the defacto internet stronghold for wrestling back in the day.
I know there are databases that contain MOST of usenets postings (which i kid you not must contain TRILLIONS of entries) but going back that far ago would be a TALL order.
