I know this because I used to be one of those people. Thankfully, I got a clue and realized materialism wasn’t going to make my life better in any way. I don’t know if it’s OCD or the desperation of feeling that you’re doing something significant, but collect-a-thoning meaningless shit is mind poison that needs to be purged ASAP.
