Anyway, she soured on him eventually because he constantly complained about lack of motivation, didn't do anything around the house, and let another cast member pay for the entirety of this trip that brought them to an onsen or something. He was also a standup comedian, and had by far the most awkward segment in the 10 year history of the show, when he completely fucking bombed on stage with jokes about how salarymen should just kill themselves. Anyway, she started to completely fucking bury him on camera to others, and viewers started to turn on her then because they thought she was too harsh.
The big incident though was when she left her wrestling attire that she wore at Wrestle Kingdom in the washing machine, and he then put his clothes in there with hers, completely destroying it. She lost her shit at him at dinner that night, and knocked his hat off. That got her a LOT of hate from Japanese fans online, and death threats. I think it was that, plus the combination of being isolated for a long period of time (it was the start of lockdowns from COVID), led to her killing herself.
