The parallels are there but most are superficial, the similar ones are that they both struggle to break though to an audience who isn't already invested in willing on an alternative promotion, but TNA was post-despiration moves with Hogan, Bischoff and Russo, in a situation where all of their homegrown talent was in the prime wrestling age to take off and just didn't while all the ex-WWE talent where doing comedy with most taking it easy. At least for AEW you can say that their homegrown talent is still young, the ex-WWE guys are still trying with most being their of their own free will. Not that being ex-WWE in 2023 is even the same as it was in 2012, a few years ago WWE was stocking up on anyone they could get. The biggest difference is that AEW has several time slots and are getting another while TNA was struggling to get one show a week on a half decent channel.
TL;DR: You're trying to hard with your doom post.
