It's like a Floyd Mayweather Jr effect -- guy was an incredible fighter, almost PERFECT in his style but that style was extremely boring to watch and made for piss-poor fights. And Floyd MIGHT even be the GOAT.
Anyway, better athletes =/= better wrestling matches or fights necessarily.
