>>8376436There are 3 things I want to say.
1) A Tornado DDT like that is a move that requires both wrestlers to be on the same page. Hanan's posture and positioning seemed to be off. Hanan may have also felt like they should move on from the move after the first botch and therefore was not prepared for a second attempt. Amasaki is also at fault for trying the move again and again; but this is mostly a matter of inexperience and lack of improvisation skills. Her accuracy rate against subsequent opponents has been high.
2) In women's wrestling, especially in Japan, unpolished products are seen as charming and inspirational. The fact that she continued to do the move until she landed it successfully can be seen as a display of mental fortitude. If a male wrestler had such a botch in a high profile match, fans may not be as forgiving. Personally, I don't think botches are a big deal unless they are strikingly bad or destroy the flow of the match. But some retards make a big deal over them in some attempt to seem clever I believe. It reminds me of the sort of "Everything Wrong With" nitpicking film criticism that has become commonplace lately.
3) Nothing in particular.
