The 3rd "Futari wa Princess" Max Heart Tournament will be open to the following 10 teams.

*Note that Yuka Sakazaki will not participate due to a scheduled trip to the U.S. during the tournament. Mizuki will not participate in the tournament, as she stated that she has no intention to participate in the tournament with anyone other than Sakazaki. Pom Harajuku will not participate in the tournament, as she will be supporting Yuki Aino and Raku's team.
The first and second round matches will be held on January 15 at Otemachi Mitsui Hall and January 19 at Shinjuku FACE, and the semi-finals will be held on January 29 at Kasukabe Fureai Cube. The semifinals will be held on January 29 at Kasukabe Fureai Cube, and the final will be held on February 11 at Korakuen Hall.
