That is pretty much all the top freelancers there are. Maybe Ram and Yoneyama are missing but they're not going to be WGHC champ.
I don't think NOAH is going to go for chibis, tomboys or fatties. I can see them as challengers but not the 1st champ.
My money is on Yukihi. She has all the things and if a casual looks her up in the almanac or online they'll see she's held top and tag titles for familiar name companies and has been around.
