The way it was worded Punk said he took his dog to a vet appointment days later that was already scheduled and they said the dog needed teeth removed, and he correlated that with the dog being hit by the door. But Punk doesn't even take care of his own teeth so I doubt he was doing the same for his weird mutt, and it was likely that was going to happen to the dog anyway. He just saw a way to link it to the events to gain sympathy because he's a narrcacist and habitual liar.
