Heart disease is the biggest killer in the united states, if not the world. Surely he had symptoms and complications that sheds some light on his health, and maybe he could have actually had his own life saved if more open information was out there. Did he have chest pain, or did he not? Did he have labored breathing, or did he not? Did he have abnormal EKG results, or did he not? Did he have headaches, or did he not? Nobody fucking know and these are all important tidbits that could have helped inform the public and remind them to get checked out for specific things they might be feeling.
