Several of those trademarks are rather questionable considering they've been used by other current day wrestlers. "Rarefied Air" has been a longstanding catchphrase for Richard Holliday, and while I doubt Jericho is even aware of that you'd think someone would mention it considering AEW has tried scouting Holliday on several occasions and he has friends backstage.
Brian Myers also used the "Learning Tree" not too long ago in TNA, and had a very similar gimmick to what Jericho is trying to pull off now. Again, he's probably clueless, but this shows that the master of reinvention might be running out of tricks.
